Refund policy
At Hey Hottie, we do not offer returns or change-of-mind refunds.
Because of the nature of our products, we only accept returns or offer refunds where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at hey@heyhottie.au with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- photos of the product, if applicable
We’ll review the issue and work with you to organise an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major fault, and to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major fault.
