Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. If processing times are likely to be longer for any reason, we’ll contact you to let you know.

During peak periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery. Please allow a short time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier network conditions. While we do our best to get orders out quickly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears delayed, please check your tracking link first for the latest updates from the courier.

If you believe your parcel is missing, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
